Capella - A haven of peace and tranquility
The staycation was meant as a birthday surprise for my wife, and our great hotel experience began from the moment we entered into the premises. We stayed at the Library while waiting for our check-in to be done. It was kids' friendly and my 3 year old boy was kept occupied with the complimentary array of snacks and fruits. There was no worry wondering when the room will be ready, as the hotel's staff will reach you on your mobile when all is done. This is a really thoughtful service. A hotel's staff, James, brought us to our premier room. He showed us the hotel's surroundings and also explained to us the room's amenities. The spacious and stunning room absolutely wows us. My little boy was delighted and amazed by the stunning scenery seen from both the expansive balcony and from the bathtub, which was his favourite place during the stay. I am most impressed with the impeccable and personal service throughout our stay in Capella. We were always greeted with warm and sincere smiles. The personal touches to make our stay memorable, such as the birthday cake sent to our room knowing it was my wife's birthday and also the complimentary breakfast at the Knolls. Knowing that both my wife and little boy absolutely enjoyed the stay at Capella, compensate the fact that this is by far the most expensive hotel stay ever for me. We will definitely be back again!
