good location close to bus and shopping, staff were very helpful. Room small but not as small as some I have stayed in in Singapore, Bathroom great very clean. Pool small but refreshing. Would stay there again.

Santa Grand Hotel Bugis was a so so experience
It was Ok, Firstly they charged me more than I had booked the hotel for in the name of upgradation to a bigger room which I think was not right. secondly the upgraded room was also not big enough. The wifi signal was very poor, I literally had to stick my phone out of my door to get a decent signal. The good points are that the hotel was quite clean, The food was nice, the staff was helpful, and most importantly it was centrallly located with lots of restaurants at the back side and little india shopping area at a walkable distance. So it was a so so experience, Not very bad not very good

simple and lovely place
the room is small but u can sleep well cause its quite. this place is suitable for a little family.
The room was value for money.
The room was clean but was bit small for family.The hotel is at a walking distance from MRT station. Have to hire a taxi to reach the hotel from the Indian restaurants in little India and Mustafa, the shopping mall. Hotel staff were freindly and was nice to stay there.The breakfast menue was simple and limited.
Good location
Good location, ok price. Could improve on the breakfast.some rooms are underground so there is no window. but its ok for a short stay where you will be out most of the time and just need a good shower and clean bed to sleep. recommended!!
A Nice Hotel
I stayed here for 4 nights, Its good...the room is clean and tidy.....it is about 10 mins from MRT , so it is quite convenience...And the tea bags insides the room are free,,,which is out of my expected...Beside, the staffs are very nice..they taught me go to Casino by bus too !!..Appreciated
To my surprise, i thought i could...
To my surprise, i thought i could be a very small room, but in fact it was kinda spacious. shopping malls and cinemas is nearby. A very good bargin.
Overall the stays was pleasant.
The hotel was a low rise building...
The hotel was a low rise building which we prefer the decor was lovely. The reception staff could do with a course in customer relations never looked up when you entered the building no pleasantries exchanged. The rooms were small but ample as you dont spend a lot of time in them I was amazed that they changed the beds everyday which was great. The cleaning staff were very pleasant. The pool was small but good to use. It was very near the MTR station and within walking distance of many of the places. The breakfast was boring same everyday hot dog sausages, beans and scrambled egg and toast not plentyful you had to wait while they heated a dish full of beans and the manager seemed to watch everytime you went up to get something which was uncomforable.
