Room is good enough. Good service.
Maintained the room neatly, I got some problem in Wi-Fi usage, but any way it has been cleared.
Room is worth the money what I have paid.
One thing the hotel can add, they can add more channels in the television. I only got bored because of only 13 channels.

hotel is good but saff need more training
The hotel room is small but clean, location is close to MRT station. Downside is only one bottle of water for two persons! And wrong name on the receipt plus wrong taxi order time. Staff need more training.

nice hotel, clean room, friendly service, near bus stop and sgh (because i do check up there), also near orchard by taxi only sgd 5, if i go to singapore again i want to stay there
Booked by my daughter (from India) for me on my way home to Australia after a visit to her. Very safe for a middle aged woman on her own. An excellent simple hotel - one of many in the Hotel81 group . Quiet end of street but near train and bus stops. Could walk to Chinatown. Fantastic street restaurants very close. Room basic and compact, but spotless, with tv, hair dryer, coffee and tea making facilities. Can plug in computer. No refrigerator or safle Reception lent me a power adaptor, rang for taxis, drew maps to get to Hawkers' market (brilliant for supplies and breakfast) and stored my luggage on day of departure to Australia were also extremely friendly and helpful. 24/7 supermarket next door with alcohol and anything else you would require. Would have appreciated a chair and a luggage rack. Would recommend it as an economical place to say in a city where accommodation is expensive.Taxis are very cheap and although drivers thought this was a long way from CBD I thought it was very convenient.
staff are great and the location is a super spot - room very basic and tiny reminded me of bleached hospital environment.
The noise coming from the corridor can be clearly heard inside the room. There are few times I woke up by the talking or running sound at the corridor outside the room.

Arrived to be greeted by a lovely smile from the receptionist and were allocated a room. What has been said before re the size of the room is correct it was tiny however it was spotlessly clean the bed very comfortable and overall very nice. The wet room wasn't a problem for us, just showered dried, then got dressed in the bedroom. Overall it was excellent value albeit I wouldn't want to stay more than 2 nights due to the size.

Broadband not working, and the kid next door was noisy!
Nevertheless, the bed is big and comfortable. Location is good. Just 7 mins walk to/from Outram Park MRT station.

This place good for a person who want just a good place to take a rest/sleep after going out for heavy activities for all day.
Good for a people who need to traveling to many interresting places such as China Town,Little India or the other place on the oppsite side of the road ( Outram Rd.) for Holiday Inn Atrium, Copthorne King, River View and etc.
But this place is not a place for sitting/meeting with your friends/customers because no any function room available. It is the holy place for sleeping and take a rest before going out to your new journey on the next day.
The service of people at here is excellent, such as if you need a help from room keeper for forget the key in the room or special request for printing couple sheets for Online Boarding Pass. They will assist you with smile.

The size of the room is perfect...
The size of the room is perfect if you are traveling alone. The hotel is not bad, the room itself is clean, is within 10 minutes walking distance from the MRT station and is near a hawker center so you can get your breakfast there. It would have been nicer if the hotel staff were more accomodating to the guests and more would be more prepared to answer simple questions that tourists usually ask.
