Great stay!
If it's your first time in Singapore (which it was for me) then this will be the place to stay! Located in the heart of Orchard Road (shopping district) it is minutes away from what you will need. The staff here are willing to help you out with any needs. I thought I was in Japan again! Definitely recommended for 'first time to Singapore' travellers!

In general everything was good with this hotel, but just the lack of hand towels I was quite concern with, and just like in the previous review by another guest, my room was on the non-smoking floor but yes I could still smell smoke in bathroom area which I believe the smell was from the ceiling exhaust fan above the bathtub.
Requested a non-smoking room but still could smell smoke. Hotel had no spa facilities & the gym is so small for a 5* hotel.
Amazing Hotel service and Location
I stayed on the 10th Floor which gave me access to the crystal club lounge.
Free Champagne and tea and snack everyday. I was given the option of free laundry and a grest late checkout.
The staff couldn't do enough, I was very impressed.
Brand New Hotel right in the heart of Orchard Road
Fantastic service and good size rooms. Very convenient location - right across from the Paragon. I stayed in the Club rooms and found the service amazing. Hashim was a fantastic and friendly face each morning in the Club Lounge. Only negative comment was that the rooms were a little dark (not much lighting).
General services
We got problem on the air condition in the 2nd night and had to change to another room in the 3rd day. Anyway, the feed back for receiving complains are rapid and the staff in front desk are friendly to help.
Holiday at Grand Park Orchard
The Best location ever, a bit of noise from construction nearby not their fault,the day i checked out i only had to be at the airport at 23,00 pm and wanted to use a shower but unfortunetely they didn't have that facility. Location was simply the best ever.
Room was nice and new but i found it a bit dark. They could have installed more lights because the interior is dark with the dark curtains and wallpaper and furnitures.
Housekeeping did not come to tidy the room on my first day despite the button for cleaning service being displayed since 11am outside my door. I had to ring housekeeping for help and my room was only tidied around 5.30pm.
Would definitely stay there again because of the great location, reasonable price.

Excellent location, staff very friendly and extremely helpful, the hotel has only just reopened after a refurbishment, and from what I was told an enormous amount of money has been spent on it, so it was disappointing to find that the enamel on the bath was chipped and rusty, obviously not replaced the baths, you wouldn't expect this from a hotel of this calibre, never mind one that had just opened.
Grand Park Orchard hotel
Truly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Park Orchard, very good location close to Orchard hot spots (Dining & Shopping!). Definitely would reconsider this hotel on our next visit to Singapore - great service and room/amenities.
