Overall good, with a few disappointments
In general great hotel, but a few very disappointing mistakes were made. We had arranged for a few items being sent up to the room at a certain time in the morning for my wifes birthday, which they failed to deliver , until almost 1 h later . We then had other items on our itinerary, and had to send everything back. For a five star hotel, its just not good enough.
In general, not a good family hotel, perceive its more catered towards business people or couples going for a nice break, the space is just not there. Staff really nice, and tried to make up for mistakes done, however when damage is done, damage is done and difficult to get the moment back.
