Comfortable Stay
Good Location with clean big rooms and nice big pool for families. The hotel staff were efficient and friendly and we will not hesitate to stay here again. If you are travelling with the elderly, request for rooms near the lifts. The layout of the hotel plan makes some rooms a fair walk from the lifts
Decent hotel
I found the rooms to be in very good condition, although it was missing the toothpaste pack. TVs are still CRT rather than LCDs, and for SGD370+ a night, I would have expected it to be more polished.
The front desk personnel could have been more welcoming, as I was always the first to offer a salutation. Also, on my day of departure, I requested for an extension of 1 hour for my check out time but was politely denied - only to see another guest (a Caucasian) walk up beside me and had his check out time extended to 4.00PM!
In summary, it's a decent stay for a night, but if it weren't the closes hotel to my Singapore office, I would definitely explore other options.

Singapore holiday
The hotel is in the ideal location for evening entertaintment and eating out, also next to the MRT station for getting about the city. The whole experience whilst staying at Merchant Court was excellent, if I return to Singapore I will be staying here again.
Had a great stay. Found the place really clean and the staff were very friendly. I was there for my birthday and two of their staff brought me a cake a sang happy birthday, which was really sweet. Good facilities, nice swimming pool and would stay again.
Lovely hotel, lovely staff
Really enjoyed our stay. The Executive rooms were lovely as were the breakfasts, Wi-Fi and staff friendliness. Have used them before and will stay again.
