Hotel was perfectly fine - modern, clean etc. Pretty much as you'd expect from a comparably rated hotel in Singapore. Only gripe was with the size of the rooms - my room was a twin but I was to sole occupant and it would was extremely cramped. It would have been almost impossible with two people and their luggage. Definitely not recommended for claustrophobics.
Singapore Trip
Found Park Regis a very comfortable hotel to stay in.
Across the road from Clarke Quay MRT Station and walking distance to Clarke Quay shopping/food area.
Staff were very friendly.
Room was very clean but bathroom area could have been a little bigger.
Pool are was clean and internet in Business Room was fast.
Was my partner's b'day during our stay, we came back to cake in the room and a b'day card.
Bad Points:
Not many taxi driver's knew where the hotel was, even when saying the street location.
Could hear other people's voices as they were walking down the hallways to their rooms.

My room is on the second floor, beside the pool, outside the window is the the pool, the room is small but comfotable and fashion, I like the hotel, I believe I will be there next time.
A very clean, small and friendly hotel with good security, within walking distance of the MRT, restaurants and nightlife. Would book here again.
Park Regis Review - ok
I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks. Here are the pro's and con's that I personally found as a Western guy.
Pro
-Great Location; 1 min walk to mrt station; 2 mins walk to main social/nightlife area Clarke Quay. Took me 10-15 mins to walk the simply route to work in the cbd/Raffles Place and saving on taxis
-Facilities - nice open air pool with a gym that is ok.
-Very clean and tidy.
Cons
-Rooms are a little on the small side for my personal taste. You basically have a studio flat crammed into the size of a normal hotel bedroom. It's liveable but larger is preferred.
-Not a great selection on the tv channels if you want to relax and watch tv.
-Not many taxi drivers have any idea where it is! It's so new... but hardly fault of the hotel of course.
Price is not bad considering its location, but that is exactly what you are being charged for and not the room!
Great Hotel in Strategic Location
The Hotel is very new and I really like the modern, minimalistic design. The rooms are nice and clean and the hotel also has a great pool. The best about this hotel though is the location. It is right opposite Clark Quey Subway station and all destinations in Singapore are easy to reach.
Luxury having a pool in singapore
Chose the Regis as first choice was fully booked. Pool persuaded us.
Excellent staff. friendly and attentive.
Rooms are excellent, bathroom incorporated into bedroom, quite innovative and a nice change from standard hotels and allows great use of natural light.
Our room had a slight drainage issue when water was used. They did offer us to change but as we only stayed 3 nights it didnt seem worth it. It wasnt resolved during our stay though. A door in the hallway was sometimes open but when closed slammed waking us in our room (6.30am sunday). The wardrobe had a light inside which didnt switch off so light shone through the door into the room, rather brightly at night.
Pool is amazing and not heavily used, perfect way to start/end a hot day.
Huge drawback is lack of wifi and restricted opening/use of business centre. Rates for wifi were extremely high, its ridiculous hotels do this. wifi is free in the cheapest of hostels!
A really nice hotel, staff go out of their way to assist and we slept well in the comfortable beds just a couple of issues but i would stay again. wifi is the reason we only give it 3 out of 6.
Shower area could be designed better or modified as the door does not completely seal when closed, leaving gaps between glass door edges & glass frame. That could lead to water leaking out into the room through these gaps.
Otherwise, very modern & practical room design, which is great.
A modern hotel but needs consistency of service.
I stayed at the Park Regis hotel for 7 nights for leisure/business. Generally the hotel staff are polite and friendly but the same hospitality is not consistent amongst the staff. A couple of taxi drivers did not know where the hotel was.
Whilst it is a newly built hotel - clean, good toiletries etc, the room is rather small and not practical....the glass doors to the shower and toilet hampers space. Whilst the housekeeping staff are polite and friendly, on 6 of out 7 days I had to request for housekeeping to clean my room when it was already very late in the afternoon when it should have been cleaned by then.
The acoustics in the hotel is poor, one can hear the doors banging and reveberating, staff talking along the corridors and the next hotel room's telephone ring sounds like it was in my room.
On some days there was no concierge to hail a taxi for you and its location is not necessarily convenient to wait for a taxi.
Whilst it is good value for money, It is not a hotel I will quickly return to.
