Cozy and Clean
Although the room is "small" but it is cozy and clean. Just 1 minute to MRT station and shopping at Chinatown.
No Go
Stayed for three night during Formula One weekend. Only good thing about the stay was the quality of the bed. Here listed below are the most annoying things about Porcelain Hotel.
1. The pictures presented online doesn't match the actual room
2. The bathroom door opens the wrong way and the room is so small that the bathroom door actually hits the wall mounted TV in the bedroom.
3. The bathroom plumbing is dripping constantly=difficult to sleep
4. The warm water only lasts you 4 minutes
5. The shower heads are not working correctly
6. The cleaning staff starts slamming doors and knocking on doors at 8:30am.
7. Asked for extra pillows and took the 12 hours and a reminder to reluctantly give one more
8. Information about restaurants in the area incorrect.
Generally very disappointing stay and I do not recommend it to anyone

rooms very small
The location was very good, walking distance from everything.
The rooms were very, very small. we had to up grade to a bigger room.
The air conditioning was not cold enough.
Next time i would stay somewhere with a pool or spa.

Small but cool
Small rooms indeed. But I liked the design. Shower was good. Could have a little bit more tv channels. Alot of restaurants (chinese) in the area.
It's just like most of the reviews here say. The room was so so tiny, hardly any space to put your suitcase etc. But it was very stylish and cleverly designed to cram everything that might be needed into the place. As long as you're not planning on hanging around your hotel room for very long it was nice enough.
Compact but Elegant
I was on a vacation for my birthday. And it went good though. The hotel's location is good because it is in the heart of China Town and it is just like a minute or two walk away from the MRT. There are lots of food chain and restaurants close to the hotel. The staff are all friendly though the English is not that good. The only thing that I didn't liked much about the hotel is that around 12 and 1 in the morning the fire alarm went berserk and woke all the people on our floor, I'm not sure with the other floors. I was quite nervous thinking of a fire that might brought the hotel down. People went down and was told that it was just a false alarm. Not too friendly experience for a tourist in the hotel sleeping in the middle of the night. All in all, I had a good time staying in the hotel although the room is very compact and really small you will have a hard time pulling your baggages. Nice toilet though.

location is brilliant, just 3 minutes away to metro station.
the clean up services are not so serious.

had a great stay with my partner. not too bad. but the hotel doesnt have a restaurant, therefore they couldnt provide us with ice. but the room was good. spacious. cos we got the corner room.
