overall a perfect stay
A very clean and well design room. Because of FHA so we stay at the peak rate. However, it is worth of money. The carpark is unique because using of car lift to enter the second floor carpark. A complimentary tickets are unlimited supply so no need to worry about the charges. The water pressure a little low as not expected because it is a brand new hotel. Overall staying experience was good and definitely will stay again.

For the budget business traveller
For a no-frills stay, the Ibis Novena fits the bill. The staff are friendly, the room clean and comfortable and the free wi-fi a bonus. However, taxi drivers appear to have some difficulty in locating this hotel; specify the main street address instead. There are multiple local meal options within a 5 minute radius.
need more experience
when i check in i have already confirm to check out until 6 pm {half day charged} but 2 persons have knocked my room after 12 pm. the menu and quality of food wasn't suitable for me. there no smoking room and swimming pool for 3 star hotel
GOOD LOCATION
the hotel is new ,good location.can walk to mrt.around 10 minutes,have food all round.
The room was very small and cramped. There is no room to store luggages. We requested for a portable bed for our daughter but hotel assistant advised that there is no room for it. We find the hotel unsuitable for traveller with young family. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Hot food was luke warm when it should be hot. Milk was terrible. We would not recommend anyone to eat at the hotel reastaurant. Our room was not sound proof as we can hear TV noises coming from our neighbour and can people laughing and talking down the corridor. The good thing about the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff. We won't be staying at this hotel again.
The room and the bathroom should be bigger.
Room a little small. Would be nice if hotel could keep some toothbrush n bathroom slippers handyinstead of hving to go to seven eleven in the middle of nite to get it. Service could be improved. Overall stay is average.
