Location good
The location is good, I would stay there again because of that and the price. The rooms are pretty new, but already things are falling apart. The first room we received was a std room that wasn't clean and since we had late arrival it had to do... We had paid for a better room, but none was available and we didn't get a refund! The shower was somewhat broken. Because of the dirty room they upgraded us to a deluxe room after two nights for our last night. Then the wash basin didn't empty the water, and the receptionist couldn't do anything... But as I said, I enjoyed the price and the location!

Nice to stay in,, cheap enough,, near to MRT station (10 minutes by walking),, some halal and affordable restaurants near Bugis Junction,, :) recommended for limited budget traveller

Great spot small room..
Great spot for a overnite stay. Dont expect a big room. Bed was hard and room slightly noisy on the street.
Recommended for backpackers
The hotel is near Bugis MRT station / Esplanade MRT Station (walk 5-10 minutes). There should be direction guide from nearest MRT station to the hotel provided in the website i.e. how to walk from station to there in details, which MRT exit is the nearest one. 7-Eleven and restaurants are nearby.
There is Free Wi-Fi available. Inside the room, coffee and water are provided. Shower gel and Towels are available. However, the room is quite small for standard room (2 ppl); definitely no space for luggage. And, it would be great to have a fridge in the room.

Small Room and Budget Hotel
The room is quite small about 10 m2 with bathroom inside it so you just get a bed and little space to put your bag. i not get my breakfast here because from the receptionist table i cant find the dining room . At night i cant sleep because disturbed from the noise of new bus stop project beside the esplanade MRT station. For Sin$100/night, this hotel is recomended for traveller with small budget who want to stay at bugis.
Locaton...
Location is great and near to Bugis MRT which will get you anywhere. Rooms are a bit noisy as other guest tend to leave the door open so they can talk to other guests.
good hotel in downtown. suitable with couple or friends. Very nice staff I will be back for sure.
Easy access to city
Nice area to eat and shop around. One thing that I need is a small refrigerator. Great service and very secure!
