Extremely small room.
The breakfast included with the room was not worth it. The menu consisted of two choices, two very bad choices for a westerner. You are better off buying your own breakfast at Bugis Junction. Also, I would suggest you get the room that included wifi, otherwise you pay S$5 for every 2hrs.
The rooms were clean and modern, a little small but descent enough if you are traveling by yourself.

Good location
Staff's professional, but not friendly, lack of smile :D. Good location. The hotel's so near supermakets so we dont need to buy breakfast voucher. Hotel dont have safer and refrigerator :(
Quite nice location
The hotel is clean, good wifi and nice location (close to mrt, food and a nice shopping mall). The staffs are friendly and efficient. Value for money, just don't expect for a fancy breakfast and make sure to check your options. It is a nice affordable clean hotel.

Shop around - you can probably get a better deal without using asia rooms which was my experience with all the bookings having seen what other people were paying. I did read the reviews before booking this accommodation, all of which said how small the rooms are ... and they are! The bathroom is more of a closet but the rooms are clear and beds are comfortable (although plastic!). TV's were a little hard to watch wall mounted so near to the bed. Staff were helpful and the location is great near Bugis, Arab street and Raffles which is really what you are paying for. Breakfast fills a hunger hole.
A very nice hotel of its class
Marrison Hotel is an excellent hotel of its class. The room I had was very clean and the size is appropriate for single accomodation for a 3 to 4-night stay. Though I have a small concern about the room specifically the closet, it has only two (2) pcs of hanger fixed on the hanger bar. Its difficult to hang the shirts because the sapce is small. I suggest that the hotel could provide at least four (4) pcs of extra hanger that are not fixed on the hanger bar for easy hanging. The location is also very good , very accessible to dinning and shopping areas.
For future trips to Singapore I will consider Marrison hotel for my accodation.

Check In/Out time
Generally, this hotel is OK.
But what put me off is that I am asked to pay $10 per hour for every hour of early check in!
I wonder if they will pay me $10 instead should I check out an hour earlier.
Btw, their check in time is at 2pm.

Overpriced hotel and breakfast a con.
This is not a 3 star hotel. It is a 2 star in a convenient location. Room was smallest I have experienced in Singapore and not suitable for more than one night. Breakfast said to be included was a joke and a con. You have to walk down the street to get to the grubby cafe and the amount and quality of food was laughable. I have always used Asiarooms and am surprised they allow this sham to continue. Only plus side is location, all the staff do there best and internet Internet usage is free when available.
Good location!
The hotel is situated at a very good location with just 3-5 mins walk to Bugis MRT station & Bugis Junction. And if you love steamboat, this hotel is a perfect stay for you as loads of steamboat restaurant at that area. The hotel itself does not provide b'fast, you need to walk about 3 mins to a restaurant to have it.
The room & bathroom is amazingly small where 2 people can hardly walk at the same time. But both the room & bathroom are very clean & comes with wifi for Deluxe room & above.
It's a bit pricey for this kind of room but I guess this is the trend in SG, small room with pricey rate.
However, I'll still recommend this hotel to the holiday makers!
