Great Stay
This hotel is in a great location, not only less than 25 minutes from the airport but also close to many attractions which are within walking distance or by nearby trains.
Spectacular views and very friendly staff, I would stay here again on my next visit to Singapore.

Good value , location and always reliable
Having travelled to Pan Pacific many time for holiday, it never fails to provide consistency. The customer service is of a high standard, location is good, and rooms comfortable. Always pick a balcony to soak up the atmosphere of Marina area

Pan Pacific
the staff at this hotel made the experience - they were delightful - nothing was ever too much trouble and went out of their way to accommodate yor every request. I have travelled to many countries and hotels and the service here was second to none.

Pan Pacific, Singapore.
We were travelling home from Australia and had pre-booked a 2-night stay at the Pan Pacific as a layover. We had read some excellent reviews of the Hotel, including its reportedly opulent lobby. It truly lived up to its reviews. We were pounced upon, in the nicest possible way, by staff at arrival; nothing was too much trouble. We were unexpectedly upgraded to Pacific Club which was an experience never to be forgotten. Some of the dining experiences may be on the pricey side but well worth it. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough.

It would be better if earlier check in and later check out is available. A dvd player should be also be available.

Long Arrival processing but otherwise ok.
Personnally I find this hotel a bit overpriced.
Not very personal service (but the hotel is huge), and I had a very long and messy arrival. Not the right room, room not ready, forgot to inform us when the room was finally available, the entire process was a mess.
Once checked in, everything want according to planned so in the end it was not a bad experience, but the first impression did leave a bad image for the rest of the stay.
Maybe it was exceptionnal...

Business Trip to Singapore
The hotel was close to the convention center and had a covered walkway so it worked out well when it rained.
When I arrived they upgraded my room to one of the business floors - very nice - had a lounge, evening drinks, snacks. This also included free laundary (2 pieces per day).
Wireless and breakfast were included in the rate. The food was okay. I had previously stayed at the Conrad, which had a much better breakfast.
Overall a very nice place to stay. Expensive but so were the other hotels in that area.
