The thermostat in the room didn't work...
The thermostat in the room didn't work and it was cold- temp was 21 and when I dialed up 23/24 nothing happened
Advertising VERY misleading- there are NO fast food or other restaurants within a 5 minute walk as they claim- ALL the fast food places are at the airport itself which is no 5 minute walk- yes, you can take their shuttle which runs every 30 minutes but was hardly convenient

A well-run hotel providing good accommodation literally 5 minutes from the airport. The hotel staff are polite, helpful and speak good English. There are various restaurants and convenience stores nearby for those who do not wish to eat in the hotel.

I have stayed twice at this hotel. I use it as a 1-night stop to be close to the airport when flying in or out on business. This is an excellent bargan for the rate for a room close to the airport. A earlier review says that there was nothing in the area. The area was new when the review was written and now it is really buiding up. This area has advanced considerably with retaurants (I recommend Chokokroa next to E-mart) and also a big E-mart store just across the street. A free shuttle bus to the airport (5-minute ride makes it convenient. The hotel is really clean and spacious. The food in the hotel is expensive - $24 dollars for the breakfast buffet is way to pricey. But varous fare (Korean, Asian, Western from numerous restaurants all within walking distance are priced very resonable. For Brreakfast, fruit, yoghurt, juice , pastries at the E-mart bought the night before,Store it in the room refidgerator..no problem. I will stay here again without a doubt. The staff was very friendly & profiecient in English. While I was waiting for the shuttle bus, the day manager came to ask me about my stay and to get my comments....

The service was okay but could be much better. While the front desk staff tried to be helpful
I was disapponted with service. This was not what I experienced at the Best Western in the US.The facilities were okay. Iwas glad the hotel had a business to downtown Seoul which was an experience in its self. Overall I was not happy with my stay.

I recently stayed at the Best Western...
I recently stayed at the Best Western Incheon Airport for 1 night while transiting from Vancouver to Osaka. I was, at first, pleasantly surprised to find that it was situated very close to the Incheon Airport Hyatt Hotel, as i had previously thought that the Hyatt was the only hotel on airport property. I wanted to stay close to the terminal to catch a flight out the next morning; Seoul is a 45 minute bus ride apparently.
However, the downside is that there are hardly any other businesses or things to do in the area, which made me feel like I was trapped. The hotel was brand new and had only been open about 3 weeks. Room was therefore new and clean and well appointed. Everything is about what you'd expect from a 3.5 star Best western property. Standard room with an oversized TV, a desk and a queen sized bed that was firm. Good, responsive air-conditioning system. High speed internet is available for a reasonable cost (can't recall what I paid).
Ate a traditional Korean meal in the hotel restaurant, which was very good. As I went for a short walk after dinner, I discovered a couple of small mom & pop eating establishments that served what looked like traditional Korean fare. Also there was a convenience store within short walking distance.
Good, basic clean and modern place to stay if you are in transit. If you have more than a day, i would recommend staying in the nearby 'airport new town' or in the city of Seoul.
