no regrets...
we stayed at Uljiro CO-OP Residence, Seoul for 5D/4N and i must say that we are very happy! we arrived so early that is why we had to leave our luggages first as our room wasn't ready yet. Mr. Pang was SO nice for a trainee! hadn't I noticed his badge saying he's a trainee, i would never know by the way he handled his clients. he's always smiling, very approachable and ultra helpful in giving tips and advices on what to do, where to eat, how to go; options that I myself would have never thought of. the room we stayed at provided the specifications I indicated during the booking. the CR may be a little small compared to other hotels but I have no issue about it at all since it provided the basic functions and it's clean too. the room has the right temperature and the bed was well made. sheets wasn't pristine white but it didn't smell funny. the towels are ok and we were given extras when we asked the front desk. i did found a strand of hair on one of the hand towels so I used it as a door mat for the bathroom instead. :) location wise, this hotel for me is great. very near authentic Korean restaurants, money changer, convenient stores, the subway, lots of malls, specialty shops like Face Shop & Skin Food! coffee shops are also a lot in the area and there's a Lotteria across the street. taxis and buses pass through the hotel making it very easy to get a ride. i also like the fact that strawberry vendors are within walking distance...very delish after a hearty Korean meal :) overall, I can say that there is no reason why I won't return to this hotel.
