The first night we were put in...
The first night we were put in the 3rd floor which have got a bad condition. The carpet are smelly. Rooms in that floor were mainly for tour group so it was very noisy. Bahtroom equipments are old. The service from bellboy was very very poor due to a bad manner. 2nd and 3rd nights were better as we move to 11th floor. But I will definately not get back to this hotel again.

The hotel was great and near the shopping areas, Myong Dong and Dondaemun. But the hotel would not be complete without the very helpful, attentive and always cheerful staff.
Special thanks to Mr. Jamie Hefferson, Anna Lee, and Jeanna Lee, who really are the most important assets of Sofitel Ambassador Hotel in Korea.
Mr. Jamie, who upon our arrival gave us all the information and brochures, which was the opposite treatment we got from Grand Hilton, Seoul. Jamie is extremely helpful, and went out of his way to assist us.
Anna Lee helps us ordered our food, when we had lunch in a nearby restaurant, whose attendant cannot speak a single English.
