Easily accessible Hotel offers good service and good local environment
This hotel is located nearby an medium-size shopping and leisure areas with various restaurants offering local and foreign food. It is within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel and we appreciated this opportunity very much.

Room was quite small for a Deluxe Double and no way this is a 5 star hotel as it claimed to be.
We were shocked for a 5 star hotel room to charge for a toothbrush and shaver - although inexpensive, after staying at so many 5 star hotels this was always complimentary.
Next day I had to iron my shirts, but was informed that they ran out of irons! -- although it was delivered in the afternoon but whats the point when I needed it in the morning.
I ended up asking one of our Korean friends about how can this be classified as a 5 star hotel and was informed it's actually a 5-flower hotel! Obviously after staying we can see the difference between a 5 flower and 5 star grading!
Location is also quite far from any shops and traffic is terrible getting just to get to COEX. Great for business but not recommended for holiday accommodation.

First of all, I had reserved a room for 3 people (one single and one double bed). When I got there, they gave me a room with two single beds. That's after I walked up a major hill for at least 10 minutes. The only good thing about it's location is that it's across from Novotel, which has an express airport bus. It's a nice hotel, don't get me wrong, but not 5 stars and not worth the price.

I stayed from Friday night which was very noisy in the hall way from 1.30am and very worried it will be the same for the following days, but it was very quiet on Sunday. Perhaps it was just a one off event that night.
It's quite close to underground station with 1-2 coffee shops within 5mins. Stuffs can speak English, but not perfect. Efficient, but cold attitude.
As I have never stay in other 3-4 stars in Seoul so not sure what to expect and if the price i paid is reasonable. The price i seen at Asiaroom.com was different to what I paid at check-out - be aware as the room is not paid when you make booking through this site.

-Centralized heater with room temperature stays at 28-30 celsius degree which make us hardly breathe and not sleep well.
Perfect for doing business in the Gangnam...
Perfect for doing business in the Gangnam area. Clean, decent sized room with all required services (like unlimited broadband in room, fast laundry, etc).
It's near the airport limousine stop, only a 10min walk to the subway, and there are plenty of taxis as Novotel & Ritz-Carlton are across the road. There's a convenience store, ATM and a breakfast place 50m away.
Staff were nice and the girls in the business suite speak good English. I'll definitely stay here again next year on my visit to Seoul.

this is a great Hotel in a very good city location. Airport shuttle stops across the road at the Ritz Carlton.Use the Gang-nam KAL limousine bus from the airport , it takes about 1 hour and costs around $13.
very well equipped and a great breakfast buffet. Not aimed at the budget hotel market but rather the business traveller. Staff speak sufficient english and are most helpful.
just behind the hotel in the small backstreets there are convenience stores and local restaurants and bars ,if you want local flavour and atmosphere just take a walk. also many many hair and beauty salons in the area . warning ...steep hill climb back
subway about 10 minute walk but easily accesible.
I will definitely stay here again .

Everything about the hotel was good, except sometimes I would smell cigarette smoke coming through the air conditioning unit.
The hotel and the rooms were very clean. The free hi-speed internet was very nice, too.
