Booked room based on existing high rating. Disappointed. Checked in late Saturday & with Monday being a national holiday, there was no housekeeping services until Tuesday. Shocked when I came back to room. Toilet roll which was totally used up was not replenished, no tissue paper, only one bath towel was left in toilet and no replenishment of bath gel/shampoo even when the empties were visible. My friend who booked another room based on my recommendation commented to me after breakfast at the hotel 2nd floor that it was like having breakfast at an army camp. Of course we never went back again. His wife was ill Monday so he approached the front desk to recommend a doctor. Was told there was none (did not explain that it was because of the public holiday) & that he had to go to a hospital which they recommended. After waiting a long while to be treated at the hospital they were told to go to another one because it was more appropriate to be treated there (a bad cold)instead of at the emergency ward. Hotel location is good for tourists as many attractions are nearby. Standard of room is OK rather than good Hotel arranged for transport from airport to hotel & also to airport when I checked out. This service was excellent Service level is acceptable but my feeling is that no one is prepared to go the extra mile in providing assistance but rather doing just enough.

Pleasant Stay
The hotel arranged a transfer for my family from Incheon to Fraser Suites. Upon check in, my room was upgraded to Penthouse, without any extra charges. Initially, i have booked 2 bedroom apartment. The aerial vies was fantastic. The location was very good as it was very near to all major traditional markets, such as Nam Dae Mun and Myeong Dong Market, besides the market surrounding Insadong itself. The room was huge and very clean. Staffs were also friendly with good english. The hotel was actually a walking distance to other interesting place, such as Gyeongdok Palace, Lotte Supermarket......very strategic...not to mention Korean restaurant / eating outlets nearby... Overall, the facilities, location and services are worth for money that i paid for..... The only minus point is the limited menu for breakfast......but i dont mind on that.....

this hotel is perfect!!! if u want...
this hotel is perfect!!! if u want go to jongro and insadong i think that the hotel have most good place. this hotel is locate almost the center of insadong all staff is kindly. swimming pool is good. i live other city in korea. so i stay at the hotel everytime go to seoul. i think fraser is better than other hotel.
