The Apartment is great. Staff are friendly. 7-11 just below and at the front lobby entrance. Location near to Line 2 (Inter Line), Airport Bus nearby but need to walk a distance. Was lost on the 1st day. Overall is great !
Value for Money
It is residence hotel which i shall definitely stay when i am going to Seoul again. Spacious and clean room equipped with washing machine and kitchenware. As to the location, it's good that near to subway (though some of you may think it's far, but i think it's alright), near to the markets like Junbu(where you can find dried food such Ginseng, seaweed, Korean side dishes), Gwangjang Market (where you can find food and misc). Of couse it is near to Cheonggyecheon Stream but still need some walking. Somemore, you can see N Tower from hotel.
The nearest subway is a good interchange to everywhere in Seoul.
No doubt i shall recommend to others if being asked.

decent place to stay. not nearly as hard to find as lots of other reviews i read made it out to be. they provide a map on their website and if you follow this, it's perfectly easy to get there. accommodation is clean, comfortable and spacious. nothing fancy but does the job. staff were friendly and courteous although not everyone at the front desk had great english (fair enough). the area right around it isn't very lively and you do have to walk a little way to find somewhere to eat but it's actually a relatively quick walk into myeong-dong, insadong, etc. would probably suit best if you're going for a few nights rather than passing through too quickly.

The hotel is in the center of three subway stations, it takes a 10 - 15 mins walks to any of the three stations.
The hotel don't provide shampoo and shower gel, and they don't refill the complimentary tea and coffee. The cup and glass provided have a lot of coffee stains.
However, the room and the bed sheet are clean.

Good for family holiday
The hotel is good and value for money with metro station within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance.
Awesome Trip
I love everything about this hotel. The customer service was awesome eventhou some of the staff may have limited English knowledge but they are all friendly and helpful. Please ask the hotel staff to print out the map to come to the hotel. It will be much helpful for those who wants to travel by taxi. Hotel is close to Myeong-Dong about 4000 won by taxi. Easy access to subway in Chungmuro or Euljiro 4ga.

I booked on the day of my stay so got 50% off the usual cost. My review is based on expectations that I have for staying in a hotel of this price (not the full price). In all (and bare in mind I was considering staying in a hostel or guest house), I was very happy with my stay and would definately stay again (at the discounted price, which is all I can afford). It is certainly a significant class above a hostel or guest house. The room was clean, thuogh the wall paper was peeling in places. I booked a twin and there was a double and a single bed in the room, plus plenty of space around it, and a separate corner that had a sofa in it. The room had a kettle, washing machine, good sized fridge, electric element, TV (quite old). Since none of these were mentioned in the room desrciption, I wonder if I got an upgrade ??. The windows were single glazed so I imagine quite cold in winter. Though there seemed to be heating/airconditioning. Bathroom was very clean. Building was quiet. Continental breakfast included in the price was as good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This is our third time here.. It's value for money. Location is good. However, we noticed that the room rates have been increased. Secondly, we were provided a complimentary breakfast for one day. We went to have breakfast at 8.45 am and most of the food were not replenished.
Service has improved. The front desk personnel were helpful , could communicate better in English now(different personnel i suppose).
