While this is an excellent hotel it...
While this is an excellent hotel it must be noted that it should be considered a Korean "love hotel". We certainly didn't have any problems as a result of this and it should not put people off, however I would hate for someone to go here who was not comfortable with this situation.
Of the three rooms we booked each of us had a jacuzzi bathtub, large screen LCD TV, fast free internet and a comfortable double bed.
The area is one stop from the Yongsan electronics market south of the Han on the blue line.
The trip from Dong Seoul bus station / TechnoMart is best taken by taxi which'll cost approx. W12000, the subway is of course cheaper but can take close to an hour and requires one change.

the room lighting is poor, not suitable for a women to do her makeup, and the lights go off automatically in the bathroom area leaving it pitch black.
the bed sheet had a hole in it, and there was tissue left on the floor beside the bed from the previous person.
the room fridge goes off whenever the room card is removed from the socket, therefore making it useless for storing drinks etc. The elevator is a dangerous trap, with the likelyhood of causing injury to groups of four or more, as the doors close so quickly you have to hurry to get in.
The staff don't have adequate english or just dont listen as we were supposed to be picked up from a certain point, which we couldn't find as many points had similar names, and it took over an hour for us to be picked up as the hotel didnt listen three times when we rang them to tell them where we were. We also tried to get a taxi to the hotel and got refused by the driver, therefore we lost a good hour or more of our vacation time.
the cleaning staff is adequate at best, throwing away some trash (or what they think is trash) but leaving other obvious trash behind. They threw away a voucher that we had left on our luggage (not worth alot) that was in an envelope, but left empty packets etc on the room table.
for two people we were given one towel for our showers.
the room size was good, but the design looked more like a love hotel without the free condoms. definately not a family hotel

This hotel is pretty nice but about 10 min walk from the nearest subway station.

This hotel is good for budget travellers but it will not be suitable for family with senior and children.
The lighting in bedroom and bathroom is too dark.
Bathroom without shower area is too dangerous for children and senior.
The shower is in the bathtub!
Light that go off too often in the bathroom was too dangerous, it was complete darkness ( I guess it had to do with the auto sensor or timing for light at bathroom).
Hotel staff are friendly but hotel needs renovation badly and should improve the overall lighting, even the lift was too dark to find the right button to press. Bed and bath linens need to be replaced too.
Location is OK, it is near 2 subway stations (about 20 mins walk) and easy to move around Seoul with the 2 Lines.
