3 times Frazer Place
Know we stayed 3 times at the Frazer Place in Seoul and each time was very good, the location is great the room is big, the equipement good. If you stay short or long term this is the right place in Seoul, its just few minutes from the City Hall subway, Restaurants near by, we did nearly everything on foot.

Great Location!
We stayed in Fraser Central Place over Christmas for 3 nights. The airport bus, no 6005 which cost KRW10,000 dropped us directly in front of the hotel, which is the last stop on the route. Checking in was easy as the staff could speak and understand English.
The room that we stayed in was a studio room, equipped with a kitchen, microwave, washing machine and a normal fridge. Very useful if u intend to be staying here for a while. The floor of the room is a bit worn out but is heated during winter. There is also a couch n a coffee table, which together with the kitchenette and our luggage, made the room seemed rather cramp.
Our room wasn't tidied up during our period of stay: we had the sign out on the door on our first day but wasn't tidied up when we came back in the evening - we didn't bother with it since the room and towels were still relatively clean. The 2nd day, which was a Sunday and still no housekeeping service, which we then realized there is no service on Sunday. We checked out on Sunday. We also noted that the walls of the rooms are very thin and not sound-proof as we could hear people coughing or if they were to talk very loudly.
The hotel is very conveniently located - subway (City Hall station) is about 10-15mins walk, not as close as we expected but we didn't mind walking and it helped that most of the walk was via an underpass and so sheltered us from the cold weather. We also walked to Myeongdong (about 25mins walk) and Namdaemun (about 25mins walk). We took a cab instead of the subway to other places.
Overall, I like the location but if your budget allows, I think it's better to stay at Lotte Hotel or President Hotel.
Overall, I ilk

This is a beautiful property, but the...
This is a beautiful property, but the reception area is small and does not give the impression of a 5-star establishment. Although breakfast was included, it ended at 10am - much too early for holiday-goers. The breakfast room was always crowded so looking for a quiet place to sit was a challenge. We, and a few other guests had to stand around for about 5 - 10 minutes waiting for tables to come free. Some guests even decided to eat standing around the buffet table. While I understand this is probably more of a family hotel, having to sit next to a couple of screaming kids at breakfast is not my ideal way to start the day. Breakfast was buffet-style, but nothing was replenished from about 9.30am onwards leaving late-comers to fight over what was left. Though we stayed a total of 4 nights, house-keeping only came once to tidy our room. When asked why this was the case, we were told it was a public holiday in Korea. This puzzled me because I thought the hospitality industry did not keep the same public holidays as the rest of the work force. Perhaps things are different in Korea. We were given a room on the 4th floor, so the traffic noise was a big problem. For residents considering this hotel, be sure to ask for a room on one of the higher floors if possible. Fraser's Place Central Seoul is, in my opinion, excellent for families with small children. Facilities in the room are complete, and the location is excellent. The reception staff are very professional and speak excellent English. But for travellers looking for some quiet time, or couples looking for a romantic stay, I would suggest another hotel.

Wow! It is the best place to stay for a family. We booked 2 bedrooms apartment and the size is huge with modern design. The room is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, etcetera. You only need to bring your luggage and you feel immediately at home. My wife and our 2 kids love it so much until we felt sad to leave that place. The staff is helpful. They are always ready to help and they speak English perfectly. Location wise, it is nearby subway stations, less than 10 minutes walk. Local food stalls and restaurants are located nearby. A famous coffee shop can be found in the ground floor and 24 hour convenience store only 20 m away from the side entrance. For business travellers, internet connection is available in each room as well as in the dining room. Taxi is easy to flag in front of the hotel, even in the early morning. Perfect!

Professional service staff who speak English competently and were all extremely helpful. Location is convenient, only 150 m away from the City Hall Train Station. The room is very spacious and comfortably decorated. Highly recommended.

Fraser Place Hotel far outweighed my expectations...
Fraser Place Hotel far outweighed my expectations in terms of facilities, value for money, cleanliness and location. Nothing was too much trouble for the English speaking staff and the two bedroom apartment we stayed in was absolutely luxurious - no expense spared, even down to the torch and umbrella hanging neatly in the closet. The hotel was within easy walking distance of a lot of the attractions. For those travellers who have flown with Korean Airlines, I can highly recommend taking the Korean Airlines bus when getting to or from Incheon Airport. Located ten minutes walk from the hotel, just outside the Korean Airlines building you are greeted with a 'business class' style bus and service back to the aiport. All I can say is "well done", faultless.

What a fantastic hotel! I have been travelling a lot but Fraser Place Central is one of the very best Hotels I have stayed at. I booked a single room and was upraded to a huge bedroom, lounge, kitchen and two bathrooms. Loved the swimming pool, sauna and gym and I made sure I used it every day.The location is great, close to City Hall. The airport bus doesn't stop in front of Fraser Place Central but close by. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Even the room service was fantastic.
