Value for money
Stayed here for two nights and it was such good value for money! Was given an upper floor room with a good view of Seoul Tower and downtown Dongdaenum. Room is newly refurbished with own ref, mini-bar, and washing machine! Toilet and bath was awesome with automatic bidet! Security feature was great with CCTV on the door entrance. Complementary buffet breakfast was okay except that not too many choices. Only setback is it's around 5 to 10 minutes walk to the nearest train station. But will definitely stay here again and this hotel to friends!

Hotel is clean, and staffs are friendly, helpful and able to assist us when in need,
especially when we need a printer, they are able to assit on it.

really good location
Ramada in Dongdaemun is in a really good location. It's about 5 minutes walk to the closest train station. There's food and shopping open till early hours in the morning just down the road.
The service is great! The staff know quite a few languages, so no problem there. The room was kept clean every day. You could smell smoke from next door, but then again smoking inside enclosed areas is quite common here in Seoul. It's ok to not have a kitchenette cause there's food everywhere! The food at the hotel is restaurant is also great. There's also a cafe in the hotel lobby and its a nice place to just relax and use the internet and meet with friends before going out and doing something. Overall, it's a great place for business or leisure. Probably not really for families in terms of facilites that are kid friendly, but great location for money value. I would definitely come back. It's right in the midle of the city!
