Great Location, Not so .... clean
It is in a great location. Close to the train station and walking distances from famous locations. Room is good, but not so clean. I mean, its not dirty but it is also not that clean. I would recommend if you are not a fancy person looking for a well located hotel and can't afford much more than this per night. Hotels around the same location won't be as cheap as this one.
Okay but would rather choose some other places.
Food heaven around the hotel. Very close to Insadong and walking distance to the two major Palaces.
However, the fact that it's very close to a subway exit isn't really an advantage. It takes very long walk underground, around 1 km, to get to the platform of subway line 1 (blue line).
Room was not so clean. Well, it looked clean in general but not neatly done. Dusty on computer's keyboard and rediculous stain in the bathtub. Bedding liners were made of material that made sound every time we moved and it was so annoying when we were asleep and another of us flipped over. Very hard mattress, pillows were too soft.
Staff were with very limited English ability.

Really difficult to find. Only cash payment is possible, not comfortable for foreigner.
Calls itself 'Design Hotel' but this is a euphemism.
Computer in the room not helpful for business people who want to use their own laptop.
But my first hotel in South Korea with a washlet.
Hidden Hotel
It was really hard to find a way to the hotel, as it is hidden behind Fraser Suites and you have to drive in very little roads they look like sidewalks. The people at the front desk cannot guide you at all. Also you have to make sure you have enough cash with you, as the hotel doesn´t take any kind of credit card. But in all, the hotel has a good location, just one street away from Insadong.
