I think there was too much service outside the room and not enough inside.
The waiting room in the lobby, especially for people waiting to leave for the airport, is definitly too small. This is the most important point. They should find a solution. People were sitting on the floor.

The room was smaller than expected. The walls are thin and noise from other rooms/corridor does keep light sleepers awake at nights. I was surprised that the hotel staff speaks better Japanese than English as I was asked to repeat my question Japanese when asking for directions in English.

A most efficient and well situated hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The central situation and direct service to the airport via limousine bus was a great plus.
Rooms clean and practical and very much appreciated the Pub Restaurant for an excellent buffet meal at a reasonable cost and good entertainment. The Plaza is ideal for a short stay in Seoul as a tourist.

Beside their hospitallity & services from Hotel staff, is just enough and enable relax while staying.
But,however it's a world trend, I as Smoker want to make "smoker's Area in Restaurant". And Resraurant has been renewed, and then as the Number of Seats decreased, you had better to come down to breakfast in earler time.

They should improve the air condition system. Even though temperature setting was at 18, the room felt abt 25. This was also the some view of my colleague at the next room.
