This luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is completely private and self contained, accessed by tarmac roads and lanes and sleeping up to 4 guests - perfect for two couples or families. It is air-conditioned, heated, with satellite TV - UK channels, has wireless Internet and is double glazed throughout. The wood work within the villa, including doors, wardrobes and kitchen, have all been hand crafted to a very high standard by a local carpenter. The villa and garden/patio areas are fully fenced and the villa has a private off road parking space behind secure wrought iron gates. The South facing garden and patio areas contain colourful plants and flowers under the established Cork Oak trees that provide partial shade from the Andalucian sunshine. There is also a delightful BBQ patio area.

After reserving dates via LateRooms we require a Booking Form To be completed and a deposit payment of 25% to be paid to confirm the booking, the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival the full payment must be made and the Booking Form completed to confirm the booking. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 8 weeks of arrival. A refundable security deposit of 100 euros is payable with the balance.
