Deposit Policy
- 25% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. The outstanding balance need to be paid at the time of check-in.
- 75% of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable.
- A fixed amount of 200€/room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable if no damage in the apartments has occurred.


Cancellation / Prepayment
- If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25% of all nights will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50% of all nights will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.


Accepted credit cards
- Only: Visa, Euro/Mastercard.
- American Express and Diners Club are not accepted as a method of payment.
- The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
