This spacious 3 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona touristic area offering visitors a comfortable stay with a great convenient location.

The 100 m2 modern apartment is in excellent condition and has just been new furnished. You can enjoy the apartment’s new furniture and modernistic style. There are 2 bedrooms both with large DOUBLE BEDS and clothes closets and one small bedroom with bunk beds for 2 people. (All bed linens and towels included!) Each room has exterior windows for natural light or fresh air. The apartment living/dining is very spacious and full of natural light. There are table and chairs for 6 and 2 large comfortable sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooking range, microwave, fridge and all cooking and eating utensils. And to add to the comfort there are 2 bathrooms one with shower and the other with tub/shower. This self catering apartment is very well furnished for a comfortable private stay.

The location and situation of the apartment are key factors to its holiday attraction. Situated on the top floor of a 5 story building will keep you shining with natural light and the reduced the street noise from below. Not to worry the building does have a lift/elevator to carry you to the top. The location is perfect for those who want to be in the center of the action. The neighborhood is the most touristic and lively area of Barcelona. Here the non stop movement of Plaza Reial and Las Ramblas brings all types of people. Here you find the street artist, painters, pan handlers, tourist and locals all mixed together to create the energy that Barcelona is famous for. The area is also full of shops, café, restaurants, pubs and clubs. The port and beach area are just a 15 minute walk down Las Ramblas and public transportation (metro, buses & taxi) are just 5 minute walk. The convenience of the location and height of the apartment’s situation give this apartment real holiday appeal.

NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.)

CASH ON ARRIVAL: (The remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)
