This impressive designer holiday flat contains: one double bedroom with a double bed and a big closet, one complete bathroom with a bath and separate shower and a hair dryer, and a big open space with different but integrated areas: a dining area with a table and 6 chairs, a living room area with a comfortable sofa for four, two armchairs and a modern open kitchen fully equipped with all new appliances: oven, microwave, a full refrigerator, an iron, an iron board, a coffee machine, a toaster, a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The BarcelonaForRent Luxury Gotico III - Ramblas is ideal for couples and has a lot of daily light. It is provided with TV, a Radio – CD player, and DVD. This fabulous Barcelona apartment is situated on the first floor of an old building without elevator and has been entirely restored with a modern security system and a door phone.

The apartment is 80sqm where two persons can sleep.

This luxury apartment is provided with a heating system and air conditioning; it still has the original floor and wooden beams, allowing the decoration to combine tastefully antique and modern furniture.
