BarcelonaForRent Borne Deluxe Apartments features three apartments in this ideally situated building. Each one possesses its own characteristics but all have been renovated and refurbished with taste. They also share the same following appliances:

The Borne Deluxe II Ático Duplex is a great penthouse characterized by an incredible and sunny terrace – patio with views of the Santa Maria del Mar cathedral.
This exceptional penthouse has capacity for 8 persons. On its first floor a double bedroom with a double bed can be found, as well as a living/dining room equipped with two double sofa beds and a table with 8 chairs. The first floor also has its own bathroom with shower.
With its personal entrance, the top floor features a nice independent space: a large bedroom with two single beds and a complete bathroom with bathtub.
This beautiful penthouse is 120sqm.
The Borne Deluxe III is perfect for one to five persons, it’s composed of a double bedroom with a double bed and a living/dining room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and a table equipped with six chairs. It also has a complete bathroom with a bathtub.
This great apartment is 70sqm.
The apartments are nice and luminous and their great location allows the visitor to be close to the animated centre enjoying at the same time the relaxed and quiet atmosphere of this zone.
All three of them have views onto the Santa Maria del Mar Cathedral.
Smoking is not allowed in the BarcelonaForRent Borne Deluxe Apartments.
Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs 24, 60 EUR per day.
Crib is available on request for 30 €, there is no additional charges for children under 16 years if they use available beds.
