This house is located in the center of the so called “Quadrat d’Or” on the intersection of Carrer de Provença and Carrer d’Enric Granados. Both streets are completely lined with trees. ’Enric Granados is a one-lane road with cycle path. It is full of art nouveau architecture, libraries, art galleries, fashion and furniture showrooms, trendy street cafés, excellent restaurants and stylish cocktail bars. This neighborhood is the birthplace of Catalan Arts and Crafts and the cot of Barcelona’s design.
