Hotel Royal Benidorm
We found the majority of the staff not very friendly and just did their job and did not smile or greet you, they were not customer attentive,
we found the cleaning staff allways spoke and greeted you, and did an excellant job,
we felt there should have been an information book on the local area and amenities either in the room or at reception, and also a card telling you how to contact reception etc from the room phone if problems should arise,
we felt being a four star hotel they should have made available bar snacks and also room service if required, this is the only hotel we have stayed in of this catagory that has not had this service,
we did not feel that all the extra charges were justified as 10 eur a day for parking, 5 eur a day for wi-fi access, 1.50 eur a day for using the room fridge, we have travelled all over the world and have never have paid for these extras,
