The property borders on one side with the Gredos Natural Park and enjoys splendid views of the mountains. On the other side, it overlooks the Tiétar river valley. The area is 400 m over sea level and enjoys a beneficial climate where fruit trees and other crops thrive: we have fig-trees, peach-trees, peppers, tobacco, orange-trees and palm trees. We have the water, the sun, and the best of Spanish climates.
