All of this 150 m from the beach.Very closed to the beach on a big avenue. Building is modern and well kept.
Rooms have approximately 35 m2, one terrace furnished, one kitchenette with frigid ire. It contains one bedroom, one dinning-room with 2 sofa beds and one bathroom (no bidet). And it has a satellite T.V. It is equipped with the equipment for cleaning the entire kitchenette.
