These 50 m2 (500 sq. ft.) apartments are located just 20 meters (60 ft.) from the Molinos Beach in Ibiza city. The apartments have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is with en-suite bathroom and 2 single beds, depending on the apartment. The second bedroom is with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have built in clothes closets. Both bathrooms are equipped with shower, sink and toilet. There is a large living area with American style kitchen. The living area is equipped with air conditioning; 32-inch flat screen TV, there is a dining table, 4 chairs and 2 sofas. The kitchen area is equipped with washing machine, clothes iron, fridge, microwave, cafe pot, electric stove and all cooking and eating utensils. The apartment is also equipped with bed linens and towels.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: 400 Euro (100% refundable at check out)
FINAL CLEAN: 60 Euro
CANCELLATION POLICY: 10 days before arrival date to avoid charges
