We had changed our booking from 2...
We had changed our booking from 2 nights to one several weeks in advance but the hotel did not receive any notification from Asiarooms and I signed the confirmation slip presenented by the reception staff by mistake. Then I corrected him about my booking but the staff acted indifferently and is impatient with my enquiries about transportation. The lady at night shift is much better and helpful. wifi at room does not work (we've tried both laptop and iPhone) and when we asked about it the lady at reception said "maybe there's something wrong with our PCs" without any motivation to check for us. BTW, its location is actually 15-20 minutes away from town centre.
