Summary
The Gredos mountain range has given refuge to this stone building, the first of the Paradores, since 1928, among crystalline waters, wild rocks, and green pine groves. Its location, on El Alto del Risquillo, is a privileged view-point of the Tormes Valley, the Gredos Massif, and the Piedrahita and Béjar mountain ranges, becoming a center for hikes.
