The golden sands of Playa de Son Matias, just 100 metres down the road, provide a superb place to sun soak, as well as an impressive range of watersports, including waterskiing, windsurfing, banana boats, sailing, diving, sea chariots and parascending.10 one bedroom apartments with kitchenette, terrace, safe box, private bath, shower and wc. 3rd and 4th beds are sofa beds.Cleaning and towels change every 3 days, bedlinen every 7 days. During July and August, not suitable for families.
