These new deluxe 2 bedroom, apartments are situated on a quiet development in a prime location between the lively town of Torrevieja and La Manga. The apartment is self-catering and is furnished to the highest standard, has a fully equipped kitchen and the bright and airy double and twin bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes with ample hanging space. The open plan lounge/dining room includes 2 leather sofas, a dining table, a TV and DVD and air conditioning. The bathroom has a bath, shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. Bed linen and towels (with the exception of beach/pool towels) are provided for your use. The balcony is the ideal place to enjoy breakfast or an early evening cocktail. The resident's private swimming pool has both adults and kiddie’s pools and landscaped gardens.
The local shopping centre is just a few minutes walk from the apartment with a supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars and internet café. The area offers excellent shopping, a weekly market and many cafes, bars, restaurants and a vibrant nightlife. The Costs Blanca has the finest beaches in Spain and there are many lovely sandy beaches nearby that have been awarded ‘Blue Flag’ status for their cleanliness, safety and facilities but two of the best are at nearby La Zenia and Cabo Roig. The coast also offers safe swimming, beautiful marinas, rocky coves and beautiful cliff and promenade walks. Day trips to the beautiful Isle of Tabarca are available during the summer from Torrevieja marina. For the children there is a waterpark at Aquopolis with its river rapids and kamikaze slides, a theme park at Terra Mitica a fairground, safari park and a number of go-karting track. There are three superb par 72 courses less than 5 minutes drive away so it is an ideal base for golfers.

Within easy reach of Alicante or San Javier (Murcia) airports Two bedroom apartment with living room, bathroom and kitchen furnished to a high standard. Ideally located within two kilometers from each of the major golf courses of Las Ramlas, Campoamor and Villamartin with several others within 20 kilometers. There is a supermarket, restaurant, tearoom and several bars within easy walking distance. Beaches near Cabo Roig are about 2.5 kilometers

The major golf courses of Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin are each about two klometers from the property. Many more within 20 km. Golf equipment hire and discount green fees available from The Golf Factory about 1.5 km away.
