They are situated in the southern part of Mil Palmeras, a residential estate started in the eighties.

It has one of the best beaches of golden sand south of n Alicante.

The area is well communicated by road as it has a direct exit (# 768) from the A-37 motorway which in turn is very close (16 Km) to San Javier Airport (Murcia).

It is 50 Km from Alicante International Airport and 18 Km from the Balsicas railway station.
