At the heart of Playa de Palma, one of the main touristic areas of southern Mallorca. Aparthotel Fontanellas Playa is located 10 meters from the beach and just 3 km from the airport.

The complex offers all the comfort, freedom and independence of apartment living along with excellent facilities and the best of relaxation. Has 188 units, of which 144 are apartments and 44 are double rooms.

The apartments are equipped with telephone, LCD TV 32 "with Freeview and satellite TV, safe in the bedroom, air conditioning and heating, private bathroom with hairdryer and bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, hob, refrigerator and coffee maker.
Have one bedroom with 2 beds, the lounge has a dining table and 2 sofa beds, plus a balcony with furniture. All apartments offer a beautiful view of the Bay of Palma.
Maximum capacity is 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults with 1 child. Children are defined as 2 to 12 years of age, babies are counted as children. Children 13 to 14 years pay 50% of the half board and the children with 15 years old are considered as adults and pay 100% of the half board.
The double rooms are equipped with telephone, LCD TV 32 "with Freeview and satellite TV, safe in the bedroom, air conditioning and heating, private bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer. All rooms offer a view of the Sierra deTramuntana.
Maximum capacity is 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults. The third person (adult or child) will be subject to a surcharge.

The Aparthotel Fontanellas is located just 10 minutes from Palma, with plenty of leisure and recreational facilities nearby. It was built in 1991 in the Playa de Palma.
The area is known as Ses Fontanelles Mallorca, which once was known for its underground aquifers.

It enjoys wonderful views over the Bay of Palma with the most elegant modern architecture. In the year 2007 was completely renovated.

The Aparthotel Fontanellas has a large green area, which are 3 paddle courts and 2 football for children and adults, also there is a playground for children. It is only 10 meters from the beach, you can also enjoy watersports such as windsurfing, sailing, volleyball, etc ...
