It has 12 storeys and 3 high-speed lifts. One heated pool and one children’s pool. The hotel has 236 non smoking-rooms, all exterior with balcony, 223 of which are double, 4 doubles for disabled guests and 9 suites. Most of the rooms do have Sea view or Teide view. All are equipped with: complete bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, interactive TV, minibar, safety deposit box and direct-dial telephone. The suites also have: lounge, complete bathroom with hydro-massage and terrace with Jacuzzi.

The hotel has rooms with connecting doors.

“La Cascada” non-smoking buffet restaurant with show cooking (evening), “La Rotonda” bar, “El Charquito” pool snack bar and “La Florentina” À la Carte restaurant.

Gymnasium, Massages and Business Center (extra charge). Nightime entertainment.

Five conference rooms with the most up-to-date technical equipment, capacity for up to 200 people. Car park with 134 spaces.
