Hotel Frontair Congress (Airport), Sant Boi De Llobregat  

Waited for nearly 2hours for Shuttle from Airport (phoned hotel 3 times and they said shuttle will be there in 5 minutes - had to take taxi) Then we waited 25 minutes at reception before we could check in. Reception desk clerk disappeared in the middle of our check in! No help with luggage - I am six months pregnant and had to drag all our luggage including a tired toddler to the room. (my husband went to pick up his parents from the airport as we didn't want to risk the shuttle fiasko again) Spa admittance for adults only (I had one very frustrated kid on my hands all afternoon). No minibar in room. WiFi reception in room is so bad that I coudn't get a stable connection. No satellite TV, only Spanish programmes. We got my father in law to babysit in the evening and even then we couldn't use the spa as we didn't bring bathing caps - you can buy them at the spa reception but I'm not used to carring money on me when going to a spa in a 4-star hotel. All in all: a hostal would have been better!
