The lady at the front desk was...
The lady at the front desk was very helpful and provided two discount cards that allow free bus travel and good discounts on ferry and train rides.
The room was was adequate due to being dated, though quite serviceable and we had a bigger than average room which made it all the better. The bath room had a cracked basin but still servicable.
As a B&B, breakfast could improve, for example the fruit that was put out was well past its use by date, and the cold meet selction was limited.
The location is good given the free bus pass and reasonably priced by Swiss standards. May stay here again, if the budget is tight.
