Fantastic
I had an amazing stay with my fiancee and I at the Hotel Ambiance in Zermatt. Upon reaching the main railway station, directions and help given by the hotel was perfect. When we checked in, the staff were all very polite and we were given an amazing room, the junior suite. The rooms were large and the view of the matterhorn was unrestricted. Walking distance to the town and ski lifts were 10mins max. I would definitely recommend anyone going to Zermatt to stay at this hotel as it is value for money, extremely good service and a very comfortable hotel.
