A cozy family hotel in a quiet and central situation, in the middle of Zermatt. Most rooms have balconies facing south, giving a fantastic view of the Matterhorn.

For an additional charge of CHF 15 per person you can benefit from access into the new Health-Centre of the Hotel Metropol & Spa next door.

Pets are allowed and the fee for a pet per night is CHF 10.00.

Breakfast and dinner are served at the Hotel Metropol & Spa next door. Taste local specialities as well as selected dishes of the international cuisine.

-If cancelled up to 2 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.
-If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of reservation will be charged.

In winter:
-If cancelled up to 14 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.
-If cancelled up to 7 days before arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
-If cancelled up to 3 days before arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
-If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of reservation will be charged.
