bad customer service, heater in room not working
aunty in reception always look busy, either with her paperwork or busy watching tv. no lift, need to climb stairs 3 floor to room. night time room is very cold due to the portable heater kept auto-switched off!!
promised "Cypress Sauna/Internet Access/Jacuzzi Tub" stated all not available when we query the aunty in reception! wasted my $$ to book a superior room instead of a standard room!
p/s: this hotel is under Gao Shan Qing hotel chain besides it.
