The C'est Jeune was exceptional in every possible way! Tastefully decorated, extremely clean, a warm and very helpful staff and a great location. We spent a few days in Hualien during the Moon Festival Holiday, primarily there to tour Taroko Gorge. The staff at C'est Jeune helped us arrange a car (which was delivered to the hotel), provided us with free bikes for the day to ride around the city, and even invited us to join the staff for Moon Festival BBQ they were having that evening! What an amazing opportunity to enjoy Taiwanese food and culture. The sincere warmth of the C'est Jeune staff and the quality of their facility made our trip there truly unforgettable! Well done C'est Jeune! Thank you so much for making our time in Hualien very special!

This is absolutely a delightful hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The room was big and clean. They give you a very friendly welcome. Even the breakfast was quite tasty and they even bring it to your room. They will do anything to make you feel comfortable. You can choose when you want your breakfast from a good amount of choices. They really try to cater to the international public. They even have bikes and umbrellas for you to choose. They always ask at the lobby if you would like some complimentary coffee or tea. It isn't too far from the stores and restaurants. Also, they even pick you up and drop you off at the airport on the house. If they can't, they will make in advance a taxi arrangement for you waiting for you downstairs and even this is a complimentary service. The taxi bill will be picked up by the hotel. That was absolutely surprising and great. Also, they do offer late check out for you and you can even make your reservation on SKYPE with them. They really do so much for you and make you feel like family and you are right at home. It was definitely worth the stay. The price is absolutely just right and you feel like you are staying at a 5 star hotel with all of the staff members' friendliness and professional service. It is my friend's and I hotel of choice when we visit Hualien, Taiwan again in the future.

The staffs at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. They gave good advice when we want to go on a water rafting trip the following day and even provided us with plastic bag on their own initiative for our rafting trip. When we checked out, they help us call a taxi and also checked to see whether we can change to an earlier train schedule to go back to taipei.

We had some difficulky with the pickup at the train station. But, that was the chaos there to blame. The staff and room was wonderful. The only hit I could give is that there is no restaurant on-site or what I would call close. But, there are many places to eat. And, the hotel does provide breakfast to your room in the morning. We also had two tours that were arranged by the hotel and both were excellent.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. We get to choose our breakfast daily from a list and was delivered to our room, the breakfast is quite tasty and a good start for the day. The hotel also provide transfer to the train station even in the early morning. In addition, the hotel has bicycles for our use.

Despite the slight distance from the city center, this hotel ranks high in service. upon check in, guests are served with a box of Hualien's speciality kueh (cake) which is delish!, and breakfast is served up to the room (although a tad too early). Its breakfast in bed! And the service staff are eager to please with their friendly service and helpful in giving directions and offering touring advice.
