The hotel is super, everything should be rated 5-stars.
However, I've one comment on the phone charges. I made a phone call to the USA on June 8 (the day I checked in) at about 6 P.M. for about 1/2 hour (+/-). There was nowhere in the room we could find how the phone call be charged. We were shocked for the phone bill when we checked out in the morning on June 11. It was NT $1,207 (about USD $38.00) for the 1/2(+/-) hour call. The bill did not specify how long we were on the phone nor how much was per minute charge. We paid the bill first and asked the cashier at the counter to ckeck how the bill was calculated. She tried for more than 20 minutes but could not find the people responsible for making the bill. We could not wait for any longer because we have a flight to take that morning. So I left my home address, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address with the cashier hoping to have some clarification on the bill. As of today (June 18), I have not received anything from the hotel yet. Just wonder if any other customers encountered the same problems before.
