The room was clean and orderly. The bed was a bit firmer than I prefer but that is just MY preference. The room overall was nice. The facilities are spartan in comparison to other hotels I have stayed at in Taiwan. The staff seem to be stuck on check-in is at 3:00. Don't try arriving much before then or like me you will spend time sitting in the lobby. This hotel is hard to find. It is not on the main road and is kind of tucked away on Lane 3 off the main road. Common spaces were not climate controlled, with the exception of the first floor. Breakfast buffet was nice, I tried no other meals in the dining facility.
