Private hot tubs by the river
Our room overlooked the river, was spacious and comfortable and well designed. Probably 300 metres from the Hongshulin MRT station - walk left towards the hill on the station side of the road and cross at the crossing nearest the fork in the road. The complex has a ?pelican water feature on the corner.
Service was not rude, but not welcoming like all our other hotels in Taiwan. The area does not have many restaurants, but a Family Mart is over the road from the MRT and a dumpling restaurant is nearby to this. Breakfast was set menu for Japanese, Chinese or "Western". "Western" being not very western or appealing. All in all, good hot springs hotel close to MRT and therefore all Taipei has to offer.
