Value for money
The hotel rate is five star hotel,with lower price start from 300usd per night including breakfast, food for ok for first day then its boring if u r not taiwanese,bbq for dinner wasnt that good wouldnt reccomend it to no one.
Seems that the hotel relay on his past. During the last three years been therebfor few times and the hotel didnt renew anything during that period. This time visited with three young kids and altho the hotel stuff did their best to help us still they couldnt do much due to poor thinking from managment, examples , pool side dont have sun umbrellas near the kids pool, little upsteing when u have three kids to look after during the day.....the hotel have is own beach and its located very near but the way to it not that easy, we arrivd there and then been told that they cant provide us with towels and they are sorry for that, again we solve that issue with calling the front des and after 5 minutes of arguing they agree to send someone with towels.
Kids room open only at 9 am , i know that its reasonable but when u have 3 kids that wake up at 6 am every morning.... Not easy again. Wifi is there but not really working.....
Again if that wasnt the most expensive place in kenting iwould expect nothing from it.....
We wouldnt stay there if the stuff werent so amazing and helpfull as they can.
